Nike Property Procurement Co-ordinator
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Nike Procurement Co-ordinator who thrives on delivering excellence and demonstrates a proactive, self-starting approach. This position involves managing and excuting projects with a strong emphasis on quailty, involving site visits across the UK and Europe as needed. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and clear communication skills, while maintaining a resilient, hardworking and approachable attitude.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Elaine Wilson (Snr Nike Procurement Manager) the Nike Procurement Coordinator will support all projects across international markets.
- Plan, schedule, and execute all phases of the project, ensuring on time delivery, maintaining budgets, and aligning with client expectations.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including schedules, cost reporting, progress reports, and quality control measures, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Undertake site visits to monitor project progress, ensure compliance with standards, and proactively address any on-site challenges.
- Act as the primary on-site contact, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and provide support throughout the project lifecycle, encouraging a team-oriented approach.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring seamless execution while upholding professionalism.
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed company standards and client expectations through rigorous quality control processes.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- Proven experience in project planning and execution including on-site roles, within the retail shopfitting industry.
- Exceptional organisational and detail-oriented skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Concise and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless collaboration.
- Resilient and hardworking mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Commitment to delivering excellence, coupled with a passion for innovative solutions.
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and familiarity with project management tools and software to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Adaptability and flexibility to travel frequently across the UK and Europe to meet project needs.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of initiate and diligence. Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and support internal stakeholders.
